Planning a multi-day event in Puglia, Italy was a dream come true. I still pinch myself that we made this happen, made friends along the way and traveled the world, meeting and collaborating with some incredible people. The entire process starts with finding the perfect location, which for a destination wedding in Europe, takes quite a lot of time and research. We searched for months for the perfect location for Lauren and Tucker to celebrate their marriage, and found it in the remote Puglia village, Fasano. In Fasano, there is one of the countries most beautiful remote venues, Masseria Calderisi. Puglia, is an undiscovered gem and Calderisi, a 5 star getaway like you have never seen before. Fresh cheeses, fish, pizza served by the pool, a culinary masterpiece for breakfast dining and the wedding welcome dinner was a traditional style “village feast.” I relive this experience over and over in my head, almost too good to be true.
